Booking & Payment Your reservation is confirmed once the required payment has been received. The full booking price will be clearly displayed before completing your reservation. Cancellation Policy Once a booking is confirmed, the payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. By completing the booking, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this cancellation policy. Captain & Safety A professional captain and mate are included with the charter. All guests must follow the captain’s safety instructions throughout the trip. The captain may modify or end the trip if weather or safety conditions require it. Guest Responsibility Guests are responsible for treating the vessel and all equipment with care. Any damage caused by guests may result in additional charges. Included Amenities The amenities and equipment listed on the specific boat’s booking page are included with the charter. Additional Options Additional amenities, such as a water slide or barbecue, may be available upon request and may be subject to availability. Weather Policy If weather conditions make the charter unsafe, the captain and/or AQORA may reschedule the trip or provide an alternative solution according to the applicable booking terms. Guest Capacity The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity specified for the selected vessel.
