Cancellation Policy

Service Fee & Payment Professional photography and videography services are available at $300 per hour. The total service fee must be paid in full when the service is requested and confirmed. This fee is separate from the yacht charter or other experience charges unless otherwise stated. Service Includes The service may include professional photography, cinematic video, candid and posed photos, yacht and lifestyle footage, and professional editing. The amount and type of content may vary depending on the service duration, weather, lighting, activities, and conditions during the experience. Editing & Delivery Professional editing is included. Final photos and videos will be delivered digitally after the experience. Delivery time may vary depending on the amount of content and editing requirements. Raw or unedited footage is not included unless agreed upon in advance. Additional Hours Additional hours may be requested, subject to availability, at a rate of $300 per additional hour. Additional time must be approved before the photographer or videographer continues beyond the scheduled service. Social Media & Marketing Consent By requesting and purchasing this service, the customer consents to AQORA using photographs and video footage captured during the experience for the company's social media, website, advertising, and other promotional purposes, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and other marketing channels. No additional compensation will be provided for this use. Opt-Out Option If the customer does not wish to appear in AQORA's social media or marketing content, they must communicate this to AQORA when requesting the service and before the experience begins. AQORA will make reasonable efforts to respect the request and avoid using identifiable photos or videos of that customer for promotional purposes. Guest Consent The customer is responsible for informing members of their party about this policy. Guests who do not wish to appear in promotional content should notify AQORA before the service begins. Safety All photography and videography activities are subject to weather, boating conditions, and safety requirements. The photographer/videographer must follow all instructions from the vessel's captain and crew. Cancellation Once the service has been confirmed and paid for, the photography/videography fee is non-refundable, unless AQORA agrees otherwise in writing or applicable booking terms provide otherwise.
